Hi, we're Meagan and Mike Mittman and we're the owners of Local Iowa Home Buyers. Meagan has lived in Story County, IA for over 30 years, and went to Ballard High School. In 2004 Mike moved to Story County, IA to attend Iowa State University and has lived here ever since.

Our main objective is "Buy and Hold", basically buy property and rent it out. If a property is better suited to be fixed up and sold then that's our next option.

We care about the community we live in and our reputation actually means something to us. We're not doing this to make a quick buck, we look for win-win situations that both parties are happy with.
